Research
My research examines how firms coordinate internally and with supply chain partners, and how AI and algorithmic tools are reshaping procurement, negotiation, and business education. I draw on both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how trust, governance, and technology intersect in high-stakes decision-making. Across these projects, I am especially interested in translating theoretical insight into practical guidance for managers, educators, and policymakers navigating increasingly complex, technology-mediated environments.
